Gulf of Mexico - Deepwater Horizon Incident Cancellation Policy
We are advising all guests of Coral Reef Club to please wait until closer to your arrival date before cancelling due to the oil spill. If, at that time, it is necessary for you to cancel your reservation because of imminent oil landfall in the Destin area, you will not be charged for a late cancellation.  If you are already at Coral Reef Club at the time of landfall, you will be refunded any unused portion of your rent if you choose to check-out early.

Coral Reef Club Rules and Conditions
For your safety & security, all doors must be kept locked at all times.

• QUIET HOURS are 9 P.M. to 9 A.M.
• Children are not permitted to run on walkways or play in elevators.
• Please limit the volume of personal TV/Radio/Stereo in units, on balconies, or at pool.
• Tampering with fire equipment is a felony punishable with 5 years imprisonment and a $500 fine.
• Throwing any object from balconies, including cigarette buts, subject to eviction without refund.
• Do not feed the seagulls from balconies, subject to a $200 clean-up fee.
• Do not hang towels or clothing from balconies. A drying rack for each balcony is provided.
• Fireworks, sparklers, and water balloons are NEVER allowed on the property.
• Ball playing, rollerblades, skateboards and bicycles are not allowed.
• No fighting, profanity, lewd or vulgar language will be tolerated.
• Open flame cooking on balconies is against the Fire Code. Grilling area is located on the ground floor.
• NO SMOKING IN CONDO UNITS.
• No pets are allowed on the property or in units, except by owners.
• All guests must have a parking permit. The parking permit must be visible on all vehicles at all times. Each unit is allowed two vehicles on the property at any time. Parking is limited to vehicles less than 19ft. in length and 9 ft. in width. All visitors of guests must register with the Rental Office and obtain a visitors parking pass. If your vehicle has no permit, your car may be considered unauthorized and towed at the owner’s expense.
• Please bag all your trash and place it inside the dumpster on the ground level.
• Pool hours are 9 A.M. to 9 P.M. Swim at your own risk; there are no lifeguards on duty.
• Diving or horseplay around the pool, throwing of any type objects (football, Frisbee, etc.) in or around the pool or pool deck is prohibited. Food and beverages are not allowed in the pool. Beverages only may be brought to the pool deck but must be in non-glass containers. Ice chests or ollers are not allowed on the pool deck. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Please be courteous to all.
• Guests will be responsible for ALL keys issued to their unit. Guests will be issued a maximum of 2 keys. All keys must be turned in when checking out, DO NOT leave keys in unit. There will be a $25 charge for each lost key. If checking out early please place keys in drop box located next to the office front door.
• Any individual, family or group putting more than maximum allowed number of people in the unit, WILL BE EVICTED WITHOUT REFUND.
• No refunds for early departures, inclement weather, etc.
